Once duly booked, their OR, payment schedule and contract will be prepared accordingly. To reserve a unit, a reservation form must be duly filled, accompanied by the required booking documents which your Carbre Relationship Manager will help you with.

As more details about the project arise, we will inform you immediately. Kindly note that we expect sales to be brisk. The first tower (4 towers in all) will be comprised of 799 units and we expect to sell at least 250 units per month. If SM achieves this rate, price increases are scheduled almost every 2 weeks.
